The return period is 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods on purpose. In case of return of goods that did not fit the customer in size (i.e. the wrong size was ordered), or did not like it, the customer pays the shipping amount for the goods, after which the customer is obliged to immediately return the goods by courier service back to the pick-up point. After full payment for the ordered goods, the customer has the right to open the package in the presence of the courier and check the goods for integrity, absence of defects, consumer properties. In case of detection of a factory defect or violation of the integrity of the goods, the customer must issue a certificate of the defect by contacting the seller and at the same time can return the goods to the courier. Goods are accepted for return in branded packaging, the goods must not be used, the presentation and consumer properties must be preserved, that is: things and shoes that have not been worn, clean, not spoiled, not damaged, with all branded labels, seals, labels and in the box. Provided that the product is returned due to a defect, the defect should not be the result of improper operation (wear of the product).
Items that do not meet the requirements described above cannot be returned or exchanged.
When returning the product, you must attach the original document confirming payment for the product. If the payment document has been lost or has not been issued to the customer for any reason, the goods must be exchanged or returned if the customer proves the purchase of the goods from the seller. Only goods purchased in the stores of the brand "Salta" and "Salta addict" are accepted for refund, and only from the person who made the payment for the purchased goods. The risk of damage and / or loss and / or damage to the purchased product until it is returned to the point of return to the stores of the brand "Salta" and "Salta addict" lies with the customer (buyer). The refund of the cost of the goods occurs after the goods arrive at the point of receipt of returns and after checking with the documents of the responsible persons of the chain of stores of the brand "Salta" and "Salta addict". According to the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the refund of the amounts paid for the returned goods is carried out by mail or bank transfer to the customer (buyer) within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of processing the refund with deduction of the transfer fee. The customer is obliged to keep the original documents related to the refund and, if necessary, provide them to the seller.
If the customer has decided to return the goods after the courier has left, then it is necessary to send an appropriate return statement, indicating the reasons and attaching a photo, to the following email address: aisulu.salta@gmail.com or call +7 (727) 260-19-43, seven days a week every day from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. according to Astana city time for further settlement of the situation.
The list of goods not subject to exchange and return is defined by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV "On Consumer Rights Protection", in particular Article 30.
If the reason for the return of the goods was a factory defect, the authenticity of the factory defect is confirmed by a specialist, and if the factory defect is confirmed, the money will be refunded to the customer within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of processing the refund with deduction of the transfer fee.
The deadline for reviewing a product inspection request for a factory defect is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the request.
The product cannot be returned after the expiration of the fourteen-day period.
Refund of funds.
The money is returned in cash and non-cash.
In case of a cash refund, the buyer must receive the money at the pick-up point, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
In case of a cashless refund, the money is credited to the buyer's account with a deduction of the transfer fee.
When returning money by wire transfer, the buyer must send an email to: aisulu.salta@gmail.com provide the following information, specifying in the subject of the letter the word "Bank details for a refund, Full name (Full name must be spelled out)", namely:
1. Name of the bank
2. Settlement Account (IIC)
3. The bank's BIC
4. Personal account and card number
5. IIN
6. Full name
7. Contact information
Please note that the details must be in the name of the buyer of the product, i.e. the one on whose behalf the payment for the product was made.
The terms of crediting funds to the buyer's current account depend on the regulations of the receiving bank. The estimated time for the receipt of money to the buyer's account is 3-5 (three to five) banking days from the date of the refund.
If the goods of inadequate quality have been transferred to the buyer, the buyer has the right to use the provisions of Article 15 "Consumer rights in case of sale of goods of inadequate quality" of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV "On Consumer Rights Protection".
